What do your cleaning services include?

Cleaning services may include general household cleaning, kitchens and bathrooms, vacuuming and mopping, laundry support, bed linen changing, bin emptying, light organising and cleaning to support safe living environments. All tasks are agreed in advance and tailored to the household.

Are cleaning services regulated by the CQC?

No. Cleaning services are non-regulated practical support services. They are delivered separately from regulated personal care and can be accessed on their own or alongside care or supported living, where appropriate and clearly agreed.

Who can use your cleaning services?

Our cleaning services are suitable for private households, older adults living independently, people with disabilities who need practical household support, supported living tenants (non-personal care only), and families needing short-term or regular cleaning assistance.
